Location: Education Service Center Region 15 - San Angelo, Tx
Reports To: Program Director, Network Services
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt - Full Time

Mission: Education Service Center Region 15 is dedicated to excellence in education through leadership, partnership, and service.
Position Purpose: This position reports to the Director of Network Services and is responsible for the day-to-day desktop support for ESC Region 15 staff. This is an excellent opportunity to expand IT experience in an enterprise network and learn from other knowledgeable professionals.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Present effective communication skills, both written and oral needed
Clear and valid Texas driver’s license
Understanding of computer hardware and software
Ability to troubleshoot computer issues
Ability to work in a team driven environment
Desire to enter and learn the information technology field
Experience:
Windows 11
Apple iOS
Basic workstation hardware troubleshooting
Basic networking troubleshooting

- Provide desktop and technical support to ESC Region 15 staff including but not limited to the following:
- Workstations
- Printers
- Tablets
- Malware
- Microsoft Products
- Google Products
- Adobe Products
- Zoom
- Audio/Video Presentation Systems
- Assist in onboarding new staff.
- Assist in maintaining technology inventory.
- Assist in creating technical documentation for various staff procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Specialist Lead, Director of Network Services, and/or the Executive Director.
